Who do ChristiansUK cater for?
ChristiansUK is a Christian dating and matchmaking agency that caters for all Single Christians throughout the UK and in certains states in the USA. ChristiansUK caters for all Christians whether single (never married), widowed or divorced. We also cater for those Christians who are only for new friends whether married or single. Why is this service for Christians alone?
ChristiansUK was set up so that committed single Christians can meet similar Christians and not have to filter out unsuitable non-Christians. We felt that the best place for single Christians to meet one another was where the only people on the site were other single Christians. We have designed the site exclusively for Christians. The profile questions are phrased to draw out the kind of answers Christians are looking for.

We believe that a Christian is one that trusts in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour and who aligns themselves with the beliefs of main-line Christian denominations. We believe that a Christian will be attempting to follow the teaching of the Bible in their beliefs and lifestyle. We believe that a Christian holds the Bible as being of divine inspiration and not merely the work of man's ideas. We expect members of this site to hold to these beliefs and practises.

We believe that "Christian Dating" is different to general dating in that a Christian Dating site must be dedicated to the needs of Christians. Certain general dating sites claim to offer "Christian Dating" in their adverts but when one joins them it seems all they offer is the ability to filter-off those who have ticked the "Christian" box. We do not believe that these are true "Christian Dating" sites.

ChristiansUK serves all mainstream denominations throughout the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).

What age ranges are catered for by ChristiansUK?
ChristiansUK caters from every age from 18 years old and we have no upper age limit. We have a wide spectrum of ages on our site in all areas.
What races and nationalities are ChristiansUK members?
ChristiansUK caters for all races and nationalities that live in the UK. All we require is that you have permanent residency in the UK. You do not have to be a British citizen.
What membership schemes are there?
ChristiansUK offer a wide range of membership schemes to suit everyone. Click here to view our prices.
How do I leave membership?
You can leave membership at any time by clicking here. You profile will be immediately removed from all searches. Do not log in afterwards to check if your profile has been removed as we will automatically re-instate your profile.
Can I get a refund?
It is our policy not to offer refunds. This is due to the way we process payments online. We also believe it encourages commitment from our members.
Why is having a photo(s) important?
Members adding decent photos to their profiles can expect to be viewed many times more than those without. Having a photo
on your profile allows you to express yourself in ways that words cannot. Choose photos that you feel express your character best.

How can I change my profile?
You can amend anything you like on your profile by clicking on the 'profile' tab in the members area. Changes take effect immediately and are visible on your profile straight away.
Should I put my email address on my profile?
It is not a good idea to list your mail address anywhere on your profile. We generally remove email address we find on profiles as we do not believe it encourages proper use of the site. You may exchange emails addresses with people you have been communicating with for some time. We do not encourage people to give their email addresses in their initial internal emails. People who send out multiple initial emails including their email addresses on each one are usually up to no good and we generally ban them.
Why am I not getting any mail?
Firstly, the reality is that profiles with no photos will often be bypassed in favour of those that have them. This may seem like a shallow thing for people to do but it is a reality that a profile with a photo has many times the likelyhood of being clicked on than those without. Even a poor photo is better than none and a good one shows extra commitment. Secondly, make sure your profile is fully filled in a shows your character in an interesting and engaging way. Thirdly, make sure you are using the site regularly as the searches are weighted towards regular active members. Don't expect members to just happen to find you if you've none of what we've mention here as it just won't happen.
What payment methods are there?
There are various ways to pay for the service. You can pay by cheque, standing order or make secure online payment through Protx or Paypal.
What is Protx and why do we use them?
ChristiansUK work with Barclaycard Payment services and Protx to process your online credit and debit card transactions. Protx provide instant payment which immediately allows full membership of our site. No sign-up is required and the whole process takes little time. Protx powers thousands of UK website payment systems and is trusted throughout the UK. If you want to make instant payments choose the Protx (Pay as you go) options in the payment area.
What is Paypal and why do we use them?
Paypal powers millions of websites throughout the world. We use Paypal to manage our month by month credit card direct debit memberships. If you wish to spread your payments out throughout the year choose our Paypal payment options in the payment area. Paypal now require no sign-up to use their payment system.
